I took my dog fighting for his life with Parvo, it took us an hour in the room without the vet showing up. After an additional hour still no vet. Nurse said the vet will not get up to attend us so she will help us, she was very helpful. Her shift ended advice me that she had to leave, vet still didn’t come in the room, then the receptionist/guy nurse came in to give the puppy fluids and send us home with Instructions. The vet was sleep behind the counter full view. I paid $450.00 for the visit and never saw the vet. The vet looked to be about 80 years or more he should be retired. I was very unhappy with the vet. I didn’t get his name as he never came in the room to exam the seriously sick puppy. I went in on 3/12/2024 it was a substitute vet. My daughter referred me to broadway clinic as the best but this old vet will make it a one star if any. I do not recommend if you want to save your dogs life. I was sent home with no medication to care for puppy while at home. I was told to return next day, at the end they said not to go as they will not have a vet. My dog needs life threatening medical attention. Was told that total fee would be $800.00 and no VET services. Unacceptable, Unhappy and MAD No improvement on puppy.

Under his care an animal has wrongfully died and he lied to the owner of that pet. Justice needs to happen.
